Who we are

This website, polefreakchampionship.com, is run by Pole Dance Phoenix Zagreb (Zagreb, Croatia), the organizer of the Pole Freak Exotic Championship and the Aerial Art Championship, and the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). What we process and why

• Contact form. When you send a message we process your name, email address and the message itself, solely to answer you and handle your enquiry or application (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The form is delivered to our email inbox through EmailJS, which acts as our processor. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle them.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront), processes your IP address to the extent technically necessary to deliver the site to your browser.
• Google Maps. The venue pages embed an interactive map from Google Maps. When such a page loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies in your browser — see Google’s privacy policy. The map is used to show you where the events take place (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can block it with your browser’s content-blocking settings.
• Contact-form script. The small script that powers the contact form is served by the jsDelivr CDN, which receives your IP address to deliver the file and sets no cookies.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics or tracking. The only thing we store on your device is a single browser storage entry (“pfc-lang”) remembering the language you picked with the EN/HR switch; it never leaves your browser and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data. The embedded Google Maps map on the event pages may set cookies of Google’s own, as described above.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing, by emailing polefreakchampionship@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.
